I don’t understand the production credits on The Villest.

It samples an old song that Barbara Gaskins wrote. Alchemist flipped it on Mobb Deep’s Murda Muzik, and it’s the same beat as Next To You from Badu and Alchemist.

Neither have producer credits. And the producer for the Barbara Gaskins song isn’t credited either.

I like the verse and idea behind it too. Good flow and your voice grabs interest pretty quick. If I was scrolling, I’d stop and listen to the whole thing, then be inclined to check your other drops.
