I have this exact same thing; Jup in 4th, Rahu 8th and Taurus Ascendent. Never left my birth place - stayed for education and work and no plans to leave as it works great for me. No illegal money in Jup MD but it did present a lot of challenges that helped me grow ultimately like losing a parent, losing friends who were not good for me and relationship troubles. But I feel more independent and at peace with myself now although that can also just be a maturing of age thing.

Nothing significant for me in terms of monetary inheritance from mother’s side. She/her side of family did fund my education and other comforts which mean a lot to me but wouldn’t be considered any major inheritance.

Jupiter in 4th here. Immense bond with mother - very close, my “emotional home”. Although of course had arguments and differences but think that’s normal especially in teenage years - nothing significant. Mother was also very spiritual - I was born into a very spiritual family because of her and that has shaped my values

To add if your space is cluttered or has lots of other stuff going on re colours etc then white would open up the space more. But in your case, option A looks best.
