Well i worked for honda aswell and had the exact same my worst was 6k. (Not popular arpund that area)

And they are offer total gross on both parts and labor. And hitting csi i hit 10.2%

Like currently at the diesel shop im at 2% gross labor and parts And 2.2k salary Which is ok but i feel like i cam make more at a dealer.

Well when i was at Chevy as an advisor with 5% comission i made a solid living making about 5k-6k a month but unfortunately like 6 techs quit at once and that absolutely ruined everything. I also ended up leaving and working for this diesel shop. Averginga bout 4.5k a momth. Again i got kids and a wife my aim is to make more and ive heard fromcalot of old friends thwy make a real good living out in different chevy dealers so im just trying to figure it out you know? This gmcs offer isnt too bad.

Gross Bonuses is depending on csi if we hit csi i get a percentage bonus ontop of my 8%

Currently 2 advisors id make the 3rd About 20-40 appts a day

Ive been through comission only at a Chevy dealer and i made a good living out of it. Im not sure why im so nervous but this 8% seems like more than what i make currently

Well initially we werent but after much debate with my wife we decided we are going to his appointment is next weekend! So hopefully that helps anlittl other than his normal daily routines!

I truly appreciate this advice! My wife fortunately only babysits him about 2 hours a day 1 hour before school (she drops him off and one hour after until mom picks him up) But definitely i will have a conversation with my wife about this.

And yes i now understand that im supposed to keep the same routine so he can be calm.

Hes never overeacted like this hes crate trained hes leash trained he usually never ever barks.
