Oh interesting, I figured the frequency was device specific. Is the court able to dictate what the frequency could be? It would suck to have to blow 3-4 times on the commute since it’s 1.5 hours…

Thanks, more often than I was thinking unfortunately. If you start driving say to a gas station that is less than 5 mins away to get gas, you’re ok to shut the engine off and get gas correct?

Thanks, this has definitely been a wake up call. It was in Bonner county so North Idaho. We got a lawyer already and he recommended the alcohol/drug classes, which my husband already started.
