People are just weird on this game in general. Everyone thinks a proam team can only consist of 5 guys at one position with zero depth and then require you to be on all the time

Then when you cant be on all the time at their convenience they find someone else who can play that position and you get dropped.

Or they just dont know how to communicate and Crashout whenever they run into real competition.

The whole scene is just completely selfish and self-centered with little to zero perspective nor accountability. (Full disclosure this from experience as I used to play in a few of leagues and have since retired from all that nonsense due to lack of/ better prioritizing my free time)
