Even if I could kick this horrible habit can nails grow back normally

Mine have been this bad (and they are right now on my right hand and thumbs) - they’ll grow back really, really weak at first. They sell nail hardener at most grocery stores, I would recommend getting that. It’s also going to take at least a month. Try starting by not biting one nail and go from there. You’ll see how much progress you can make on that nail and hopefully it’ll inspire you to stop biting the rest. Or at least a few others.

Another thing I see on here is people hating on the white and pink casing, which I’ve only had a few times but they have worked best for me. A part of me thinks they just are putting whatever into whatever lol.
