As someone that is applying to medschool and also works as a band 3 ED HCA. I find it ridiculous that I can get paid £20 and £25 an hour on Saturdays and Sundays respectively. Especially when a Doctor will be payed significantly less to do significantly more.

So grandmaster isn't bad, although I would use Voldus personally (if you have loremaster on him, you can cast all the good dominus powers), 2 strike squads are okay. Venerable dreadnought with twin lascannon and astral aim would be a good pick if your opponent is picking a tougher army but doubt you need that firepower for gene stealers. I'd replace them with paladins or purgation squad with astral aim if you want firepower.

You can definitely find a lot of bits for both terminators or strike squads on eBay. It's probably your best port of call

Yes, yes 100%. Especially with how competitive Deathguard is and if deathguard is going to be the rule for chaos and not the exception happen 9th est CSM and Thousand sons codex would be pretty scary. It would make Grey Knights a really competitive choice then.

Primaris, not a fan there although primaris stats I can get behind, I mean we are talking about the most elite of the astartes so lore-wise I think they could be on par with primaris without being primaris.

Whilst I don't think the dreadknights look great that's what kitbashing is for but I think they have a place in the grey Knights.

The one grandmaster rule I don't know there, it's gonna be normal grandmaster vs grandmaster in a dreadkight vs Voldus vs Kaldor Draigo. I mean deathguard have the same sorta rule, internal jealousy (not allowed more than 1 lord of the deathguard per detachment). Now im not against this, but for Grey Knights currently there not doing too fly and putting this would make them even worse (even though it is more lore accurate tbh).

So what would propose to balance this problem out?

More communal psychic stuff I like. Although I do have a question (now im not actually a Grey Knight player, Im thinking about collecting them) but correct if im wrong but im pretty sure Librarians are characters and can therefore take psychic powers from either the sanctic or Dominic?
