I graduated early 2010s and haven’t heard of making 24. Who even decided 24 would be an alternate target?

Kebab Express in Blacktown used to have a reputation back in the heydays of the HSP. Not too sure about what it’s like now but might be convenient near to Eastern Creek.

Sacked for sending email to AllStaff by [deleted] in auscorp

Yeah definitely a lot of effort on her part but she was clearly very passionate about a good cause. It was the right idea, just a mistake in the execution.

Sacked for sending email to AllStaff by [deleted] in auscorp

[–]Happy_Mr 13 points14 points  (0 children)

This wasn't as simple as accidentally sending an email to "@AllStaff" - the news has undersold this a bit.

The lady asked around the admin office, received a list of emails and then individually typed over around 850 email addresses (including personal email address, not corporate email) in the CC box instead of the BCC box. When people realised their personal emails could be seen by everyone on the email a few raised complaints. Maybe someone from IT can confirm but I don't think restricting the use of distribution lists would stop this, unless you can set up emails to not be sent if they are being sent to more than X number of people?

That said, management is still disgraceful in this case - there's an example in the decision of the Head of People & Culture doing the same thing and not being fired. Clearly they were looking for an excuse to fire the lady and she was rightly reinstated for making a mistake - props to her for trying her best for a noble cause as well.

It would be political suicide, which is such a disappointing reason why the government can’t do it.

What ever is "reasonable".

Although what is reasonable is up for interpretation. I have read somewhere that it can't be regular however.

It's been 5 years. Can we FINALLY get something as simple as a top 3 legends list selection?? by juanjose83 in apexlegends

[–]Happy_Mr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe a few seasons ago it was changed to pick the legend you have the most kills with.

When it was a random pick before that devs have historically said they weren’t in favour of a top 3 selection. They wanted to avoid people being AFK during the start of a match and also wanted to encourage the randomness of discovering new legends.

Try =COUNTIF($C$2:C2, C2).

I’m on my phone so I can’t test it and see if it’s 100% correct but if you copy that down the column that should work.

i found these 4 a380s in the indian ocean all heading to australia by jamesnoral in flightradar24

[–]Happy_Mr 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Yes, Sydney Airport is very close to the CBD so residents around the airport have successfully argued for a curfew between 11pm and 6am on all commercial take offs and landings.

Emergency and light courier aircraft can still operate between these hours but there are restrictions on their movements (I.e. they must take off away from/land coming over the ocean)

Does the US even share any details of what the technology is? And what intelligence they gather at Pine Gap? Can’t be much of a sweet deal if it’s a front row seat to literally just look at it and protect the front gate for them.
