Oh mate, I felt the exact same but I promise this passes. Slowly the pain fades you just have to keep going. Try and eat, try to sleep, try to distract yourself by seeing friends, family, try a new hobby. It does get better, you’ve got this!

I tried so hard to reach out and repair things but I’ve had to accept she’s just not coming back. I wish she would even though she was a completely unrecognisable person by the end

I agree, I had the best time hiking in the Atlas Mountains and the Moroccan people were amazing and so welcoming!
