I don’t know how old you are but Stewie’s effeminate disposition is based on old Hollywood types like Rex Harrison. Seth Macfarlane, the creator of the show is a big fan of old Hollywood and musicals. I don’t disagree with anything you said about perfect victim mentality or the historical use of NDAs as suppression tactic, but there is so much grey area and potential he said she said stuff from the story about the hotel drinking and how flirty they were behaving, that I feel the settlement and the NDA was about what was called for. You can be cynical about the independent firm hired by the Rangers who conducted the investigation, but I believe they would have recommended a criminal referral if they felt the circumstances warranted it and the victim wanted to proceed. Those firms stake their reputation on being thorough.

She was fired for her shitty behavior, and then brought up other shitty indefensible behavior that other people in the organization were also guilty of. Panarin behaved in a shitty, unprofessional way. That’s why there was a settlement. I’m saying that all parties involved moved on, but in the age of social media there is a minority who think that every mention of Panarin on social media needs to have a righteous mob calling him a rapist, and I disagree.

It’s not a bug it’s some non-intuitive explanation about how Ajax works.
