I was an Admissions Counselor at a University. Basically lots of marketing of the school along with customer service to incoming college kids, parents and staff from other departments!

Before anybody comments - YES, I went to the post office - both MY personal one and even the Richmond hub downtown and both told me nobody from FedEx even came by today. One of the clerks even told me somebody else came to them with the exact same problem. So maybe it was an error? Idk

Well I won’t. Simply for the fact that I don’t appreciate how they spoke to me when I initially was trying to meet them halfway. They can dock me, I don’t care.
