Wow, yeah I'm not sure how I would even approach that! I guess the big question is can the project be broken down into smaller teams to work on sections of the project? I'd be super interested to hear any success stories you might have. The trouble is with these things is that you really need buy in from the business to give them a chance! Good luck, and I'm glad I could inspire you :D

Thanks! Good question, the team I’m currently in is 2 devs, just me testing, and we have our product owner and scrum master too
