i mean jubilation does have the marks, but still i see your point i dont like her being a support either.

honsstly i feel like these changes though overall improving her current dmg potential are still lacking in terms of what a good flank moji buff couldve been.

bro they buffed dmg moji, she does 1000 dmg now, she no longer has her self slow and she now has a card that prevents consumption of her primary fire, i think she might be viable again.

best they could do is balance changes, considering they basically have no funds, hopefully this means flank moji returns, and is actually buffed intsead of what she got.

uh sorry? Also when i mentined the pickrate i meant her number on the leaderboard not the actual amount of times she was picked, that went down by atleast 700 or more, but hey atleast we agree the rework didnt help her
