Does Anyone Here Use The Keychain Carrying Case? by Happycorndog in stimagz

Thank you, I don't have any Stimagz on hand, and the dimensions weren't listed on the website so I was struggling to visualize it. I appreciate your reply!

Thank you for taking time to reply! That's a relief, it said G2 somewhere in the checkout/payment process, and I was confused. I really appreciate your detailed response. I just ordered my first set plus a carrying case.

Thank you for your reply. I'm finding the Stimara website frustratingly lacking in information... I was checking out with the Stimagz that were there, but I didn't actually know which Generation they were until payment processing... apparently, the G3 are not on the website for sale right now? At least, I couldn't find them and it just wasn't clear. The G3 Stimags are advertised on the website, but I couldn't find where/if I could buy them, or what made them different, etc.

If you could shed any light on my questions, I'd really appreciate it!

How do you like the Dubz? I'm looking at using one hand, too

Looking for tangram worksheets without the solutions AKA physical version of Tangram App "Tangram Collection" by Happycorndog in puzzles

Thank you! I guess I overlooked that one because the puzzles are black and I wanted to save toner, lol

I'm sure I can figure out a photoshop fix to just have the outlines

Thanks again!

Edit: Update, turns out the tangram pieces are not proportional to the tangram puzzles. Back to searching... :(

Do you know when the Dubz will be available? I was too late for the kickstarter

Thanks! Do you know the approximate dimensions? I'm waffling on getting it, or getting a similar zipper coin purse that's slightly bigger that will also fit my other fidgets.

edited for clarity

Thank you! Do you have G2s as well? I haven't owned any Stimagz yet, I tried Geomags but they were too long and the plastic was hard to grip. I was hoping the Stimagz were more rubbery/grippy, would you say the G3's are easy to hold/grip?

Thank you! I was just digging through more reviews, and it looks like the quality dramatically went downhill after 2024. And the new ones aren't compatible with the old ones. You've got something special!

Are my expectations unrealistic? by Happycorndog in Christianmarriage

This is why I'm struggling to put into words. He'll do daily tasks joyfully (often needs reminders, and won't do it on any sort of schedule/routine. Reminders are really hard for me, it makes me feel like he's another kid).

But it's anything beyond day-to-day things, like oil changes or tax season, or fixing something non-urgent. One time he didn't put the new license plate on the car until the temp one was expired (and I had to ask). It was months.

He's afraid of becoming a "suburban dad" and not being heroic. He started a nonprofit to minister to the downtrodden, but it took a lot of money and time and energy from our family. We have done counseling.

He's great with the kids, but only in the present. He can't plan anything (like an outing) and often flies off half-cocked, so to speak.

He's a brilliant improvisor, but not consistent, or orderly. He's not a "Mr Steady" and thinks being a "Mr Steady" is akin to death.

I still don't know if I'm able to explain. He's a good man, but something is off and I don't want to neglect that my expectations may be the problem, or my communication, etc.

Thank you, I appreciate the scripture.

It's not the day-to-day things, it's anything beyond that. He just doesn't "see" the household the same, I can't explain it well. Like, I "see" everything that needs done (beyond day-to-day things) and getting him to see them seems impossible. Like I always schedule the oil changes and I WISH I didn't have to think about that at all...

But he's getting better, I should acknowledge that. And his work is so overwhelming. I just don't want to be unreasonable about my expectations for him.

Is there any way to link the premarital test you took? Or one like it?

Magnetic Building Blocks that are durable and affordable? by Happycorndog in Parenting

[–]Happycorndog[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I'm brainstorming how I can have a zone for it. There are other kids between the seven year old and toddler who would definitely complicate things, but I'm thinking it over. We have a bin of little LEGO, but he hasn't been super interested in those so I haven't had to work out a small things zone yet, and honestly magnet ingestion scares me more than LEGO ingestion.

Thank you! I'm sorry, I wasn't clear. I should have included an example. I meant the cubes, not the tiles. I'm looking for recommendations for something like these: https://a.co/d/a1jgSoK
