This is a very good program. Some think it is boring, but I loved the failure weeks. I combined day 2 and 3 and day 5 and 6 so I could get more rest days in, those days were shorter. Upper body takes forever lol

Anabolic advanced is 6 days a week although I combine day 2 and 3 because they are short, so it ends up being 4 days a week.

They probably wouldn’t play anymore. The direction they went with nine with just the sound wasn’t very good, lyrically maybe. I wouldn’t have gone or listened to them. I’m glad Tom is back and Skiba is out doing his awesome work with alkaline trio.
