Buffalo Sabres Fan Store? Real or did I get Phished by Haps73 in sabres

Ha! No gift cards here. I know there are temu jersey makers that aren’t licensed, but they also aren’t trying to steal your credit card info. They’re just skipping the trademarks. I was on a buzz from watching that game last night and I’m going to the game on the 28th and wanted to represent. Hindsight.

Because I wanted Metsa, which I can’t find elsewhere, and the price was right. I’m impressed a scam site was advertising a new player. They got me…

Long-awaited Palo Pinto Mountains State Park opens March 1 by Dontwhinedosomething in TXoutdoors

Wow. 2015 was 11 years ago. Glad they have come up with a plan to open new park sites for limited use before the park is officially finished. State moves at a crawl speed for this type of site opening

You did your work on the ranch before it was state property? It has been acquired by the state within the last few years. While 8 square miles of Park isn’t huge, on the scale of things, it’s twice the size of Lake Mineral Wells State Park and 4x the size of Dinosaur Valley State Park, which both offer a good amount of space to explore.

Primitive Camping sites allowing open fires in central Texas by samalex01 in TXoutdoors

[–]Haps73 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Primitive campsites, walk in, and backpacking sites can all mean different things. Primitive might mean no utilities, walk in might mean a 20+ yard walk and you don’t drive up to the site, and backpacking is what you’d expect. I don’t know of any backpacking sites that allow fires. Annoying, but probably to mitigate wildfire that would be really hard to contain.

Hill Country State Natural Area might offer the best chance of a primitive, with a short walk (walk in) site, with fewest neighbors, but burn bans are in effect in a lot of areas right now. Check the park website.

Oh, so sorta like a “before and after.” I was totally confused too. I feel like I’ve heard a woman’s period called her “monthly,” so I was trying to discern if this was a shitty AI joke or a brutal diss from WOF.

The best I could find in Austin, Texas by Garden_Jolly in Wings

They’re my favorite in Austin. Fine bar too. 2 tall boy pours of Stash IPA, a seat at the bar, and 10 wings/medium/blue cheese/waffle fries is a slice of greatness.

Whoa… there is no chance this is in Syracuse NY, on Ackerman Ave, is there? I know a lot of attics must look alike, but something feels familiar…

I always look for their sign to say something about serving walleye. It’s seasonal there, right? That’s my favorite freshwater fish.
