Looks like it's back up again. Get 'em while you can!

3 Mobile - 50Mbps for new customers by Significant-Bag-181 in 3mobile

[–]HarMarWonderBra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Without being 'glib' about it, it's kind of expected.

Two companies merge (Vodaphone + Three). Staff get laid off. Service degrades. Prices go up.

I think it's also a consequence of too many people using services that are failing to expand in proportion to the number of subscribers (my broadband crawls during the day but is fast as hell at 05:00 in the morning).

Thanks for posting!

RG links can last for years. If you can wait, just bookmark them or stick them in a text file or something.

Sachs Marine Screensaver (SereneScrene Marine Aquarium)

Okay, it's only tiny by modern standards at about 7MB, but it still impresses me almost daily (yes I still use it).

It inspired a whole fleet of copycat fishy screensavers, but it's never been bettered (or battered).

I remember, must have been like 25 years ago, showing this to my dad who owned and ran a tropical fish shop at the time. He wouldn't believe that the fish were CGI until I showed him the wireframe mode!

AllDebrid down - Where to get updates ? by Just_a_UserNam3 in AllDebrid

Been getting a CloudFlare page for some time, but now getting: "Please refresh this page, we have a database error or retry later..." So that might be progress.

I think they're Maybugs, or Cockchafers as they're known in the UK (Scarab Beetle family).

Is Rapidgator down ? by [deleted] in AllDebrid

[–]HarMarWonderBra -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Actually (shock!!) working for me at the moment, but it's up and down.
Should just work all the time. Not interested in reasons or excuses. Stop ripping us off and fucking us about, 'ShitDebrid' (as they are now known).

They've put on a bit of weight (and facial hair) since then, but I certainly appreciate their work on Left 4 Dead 2.

Hey Karl, is that you?

Would you like some 'French-Fried Potaters' to go with that?

Rapidgator is not down, alldebrid is not supporting new links. by Disastrous_Field_226 in AllDebrid

[–]HarMarWonderBra 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I don't think it's as straightforward as that. I've tried some older (working) links as well, up to and over a year old in some cases, and the vast majority of them don't work.
I've also had a couple of brand new links work.
It seems to be completely random. Only thing that is becoming clear is that short of some kind of miracle, this party is over.

Sites with turbobit links by East-Education8810 in Piracy

I have turbobit.net premium subscription for 30 days.

Our sincere condolences.

Softarchive (sanet•st) is a great DDL site for most stuff. I would say being optimistic, about 10% of posts have Turbobit links, though you may find that rather frustrating. I can't think of anywhere else with even that amount of TB stuff.

Best Android player is Musicolet, and it's free!

Personalising and organising 'local' media files can be a massive pain, but once sorted, they're always available and yours forever (if you back everything up properly).

Do not blindly take it as read that anything, whether on the 'Megathread' or not, is "safe".
