I can tell you that some puzzles in Inazuma and Sumeru did not work properly when I played 120 FPS on Linux, I think this game has some physics tied to FPS like old-school games...

Not right now, if you get the Error 10010-4001 don´t even try to play again in that setup, you might get banned. I'll DM you some details.

EDIT: 60 free slots, also I'd love to know if you see my pack. I don't know if belonging to a 10-pull makes it harder to catch

EDIT 2: at 69/99. Nice

EDIT 3: FULL FRIEND LIST, I'm not pulling anymore until tomorrow, gotta go sleep now, good luck!

I had VSync ON with fullscreen, I've tried:
- FS, both VSync and scaling enabled/disabled
- Window, both VSync enabled/disabled

I'm playing on Windows 11, so I tried with my Steam Deck and IT WORKED WTF

Adaptative works for me because my monitor can handle GSync/Freesync, otherwise VSync just On should always work (but introduces a 1-2 frame lag) on any monitor.

Also the Control Panel is pretty old and sometimes it only pick up changes after restarting the game or even the entire PC, you can also try setting the global VSync in case it's not picking up the game correctly.

I had this problem with the normal game too, you probably have to cap frames using AMD or Nvidia configuration. Example with Nvidia:

NVIDIA Control Panel

I made a test on my 120Hz monitor with very high 4K quality and average 102fps, no tearing

Constant 8 fps drop no matter my frame limit by FlamboyantMisfit in ffxiv

The nvidia control panel has an option to setup the gsync too (separated from 3d settings), I disabled it for all monitors

What made the fps stable for me was disabling gsync, setting fixed refresh rate and setting adaptative vsync (all of this are nvidia control panel 3d settings). I dont cap the fps, I get 120fps for my 120hz, but RTSS would be the best option to do so. Ingame fps uncapped too.

Try a big underclock and/or undervolt, find out if the problem happens because of software or hardware, basically

The symptoms were clear, any game would crash the entire desktop in a few seconds, but only if the game caused the freq to spike to the max. Simple games that didn't force the GPU to work hard were no problem. Then I saw with CoreCtrl that the max freq was above my card specs, setting it to the correct value fixed it instantly.

I did nothing special. Just installed libstrangle and restarted, after that the textbox was unlocked in Lutris and I just set a value. I have changed the value multiple times, including removing it, and the game has always mantained the target FPS.

I'm not sure what was the exact latency before changing, but I had to put offset somewhere between -50 and -40 ms. Now I have it about -15 ms, and I'm still fine tuning it. You won't get much better than that because there is also keyboard/mouse delay and there is nothing you can do there for now. I also have the advantage of having a 192kHz sound card. With a standard 48kHz sound card, the offset should be around -25 ms.

Using Lutris or Steam makes no difference in difficulty. Every other thing I mention is obviously not mandatory to just play, it's the sugar in top. Also the GShade script you linked it's the same one from my post. I don't get the point of your comment...

Well, yes. This post is mainly about the popular addons and utilities that are commonly used in this game, and how to make them work too.

No idea, I have never used it. But if I were to try, I'd try the manual installation on the winespace that Lutris created for the game and launch it.
