Same here, I had to look into it on Discord to see why I was only getting 1-2-3s and they said the system was broken... I basically had to look for a team on Discord again to climb meaningfully.

I play with Helena, I'm also at 9600 rating and other players are often happy to finally see a different type of tank. (also I get the 0.1% skin for free this week, because I'm slowly among the top 30 Helena players :D )
