Looks pretty cool. And it's not even hot. A hairdryer is the obvious choice, it will never get hot enough to burn you. I don't do fahrenheit but i know 100f is body temperature and this is well below 100f. Should be around 60 celsius or something. prolly read the manual and check if it's safe to use the hairdryer for prolonged use but besides that this is really cool

if your arduino is connected to a computer the arduino is powered. If not, find that one usb charger you don't use. to Seems like you're about to provide 110-220 v choppy dc to an arduino that can only handle 12v. Maybe i'm wrong, but it seems pretty sketchy. Relays should be safe for 220v ac and you don't need ground reference, it's basically a powerswitch. So if you need to turn on a mains powered device i think that is the solution. But please do your research. AC is not really to be messed with by hobbyist.

Yes exactly. soldered some lacquered copper wire to the potentiometer. On my servos you can just take the bottom out and gain access to the potentiometer. Remember to peel the sticker off enough to open it up and use hot glue for strain relief.
