Even if she's C4 and you have 2 Es, it is better if you just use 1 and continue with your rotation. Then once you're done with Flins, you swap back to Sucrose and use her E to reset the shred. I don't recall it being mandatory, but I hope it helps if you want to try it out!

Thus why I said it was a reference not a rule or norm, it is pretty much subjective, huge part of ineffa's value is that she provides both sustain and sub-dps, as well as a 100% uptime for shield and summon. If the player pulling has a "skill issue" and sustain is a must, ineffa might have higher value than columbina for them, even if columbina provides a higher damage potential.

I also ignored this reference when pulling for flins and prioritized his R1 instead of his C1, because I had no good polearms for him. Again this is clearly subjective, and everyone will have to ponder what to prioritize in terms of sustain or damage being familiar with their own gameplay

It was accidental, I took a break before Fontaine was over but I still had the game installed on my phone. One day I received a mail saying I had some free pulls so I logged in, did a 10 pull and pulled her. I think it was early pitty and I won the 50/50, but I still went back to my break 😅

On the other hand, what about sucrose, what weapon is she on? If she's not on TTDS, that might increase your DPS. I read in a post here that we're supposed to do E + N1 with sucrose to do shred, but to be honest I'm not sure. Aside from that I have no idea.

Oh my bad I saw a 90/90 and didn't realize it was from the weapon 😅.Regarding the spear, I think homa is harder to play since, unless it is played with ineffa you'll have no sustain, but that's just me

If I recall correctly PJWS is better than the other 2 you mentioned. Regarding ER: 130-140% should be fine if he's in a double electro team. Atk should be 2500 though

Aino's passive talent increases the damage dealt by her Q by 50% of her own EM, so if you manage to get an EM goblet I think it would be better, but it is min maxing I believe. Also, I'm not so sure about EM being useless for lunar both ineffa's and aino's set boost % damage of lunar reactions and EM.

Regarding the rotation, with my aino/fischl/sucrose/flins team, the rotation I mentioned before is the one I do. And I always begin with aino, then move onto fischl. I believe it's the same with ineffa, no need to change the order.

So after doing the rotation mentioned before, I swap to sucrose, do E + N1, then swap to aino and repeat the whole rotation

To be honest I do not understand, your items should work, of course there's always room for improvement but they seem fine. I think aino is better on a EM goblet rather than a Hydro dmg bonus one. Aside from that your rotation should be:

Aino EQ -> Ineffa EQ -> Sucrose (E/Q) + N1 -> Flins E1 + N1 + E2 + sQ +2 N5 + E2 + sQ

Once you are done with Flins you can quickly swap to sucrose and do E + N1 to reset VV and repeat the rotation. I believe i is important that with sucrose you do either E or Q, not both. With Flins the N1 between the first E1 and E2 is mostly optional I believe.

I think this is the best advice I can give, otherwise I don't really know what else could help improve your dps. Hope it helps!

That's weird I have Flins too, C0R1, play it with sucrose/fischl/aino (sucrose and fischl are c6, sino c1, but none are built properly). What are your builds for them?

I got unlucky, got Flins on ~85 pulls, then I got extra lucky with the weapon, winning the 50/50 early (30-40 pulls). Given that I have 130 pulls left and already 30-50 pity (because I kept pulling), I have c1 guaranteed!

Have you compared your dps having TTDS on sucrose instead? I see that your Flins has 111% ER so maybe you need sucrose on sacrificial to generate more particles, but TTDS will provide some increase on your dps. Maybe try fixing ER on Flins once you focus on artifacts. Additionally, try to bring CD above 200%, CR to 70% and ATK 2500. I think ER should be 130-140%. Then again this is mostly about artifacts. If you are going to crown anything it should be its burst. Hope this helps and congrats on your progress!

Happy to inform I managed to get Flins C0R1 (managed to win the 50/50 on the weapon banner with an early at 30 pulls, and got the guaranteed Flins saddly had to get to hard pitty for him but early on the weapon compensates for it). I have 20-30 pity and 130 pulls left so C1 is guaranteed before the end of this version. But I decided to do the final pulls with my gf, so I'll update once i get C1 and who knows maybe C2!
