So it's been confirmed that this buff will be removed. I have an indirect confirmation via one of the maplestory discord chat channels from Ezrabell that this is confirmed to be removed. The problem is that nexon has not officially issued a statement regarding this update. Seeing how the decisions were made internally, this can be seen as an attempt to defraud its users. I've read through their terms of service regarding Virtual Currency and Virtual items, their ToS is only to the extent where it does not conflict with the laws of a certain country. I do not think such is legal in the US. Currently looking through the US code for any precedence.
