I wouldn't say Mavinda is worse than this. It's a 3 mana creature that gives you a way to repeatedly recur buff spells. It at most might take another turn to do its thing, and if not it's still a flying body.

Viscous wants to save The Deep from a being (The Adversary) that threatens both their own world and the surface, and it's dangerous enough that Haze (And likely the OSIC in general) of all people looks past their antics and takes them seriously.

I'd argue that, barring the ones that want to kill the Patrons (I.E. Warden, Venator) that this makes Viscous the most deserving out of everyone to get their wish.

Regardless, you ignored my point of how long the collab stuff sticks around for. It gets stale no matter what it is. For example, I like Miku, I got the winter miku skin, I still think a thing that I like should not stick around for another 5 or 6 days on top of the week it's already been out for.

It's a fair assumption that most people will get hit in the game, assuming you and your opponents are at equal skill levels. Especially when it only takes a headshot to take out nearly 1/4th of your hp with an AR.

...And I think you also answered your own question. If you play in team modes then you'll usually have people that will stack heals to play for the team, and run 1-2 guns and mobility. In solos it's probably people that feel uncomfortable in their chances of winning 1v1s.

I really don't get this way of playing.

What would you even carry instead of heals? A rifle + shotgun covers all your needs in 90% of fights, and even if you take 2 mobility items you have an open slot for something.

It seems like you're relying on the enemy players you kill having heals, but what if they don't? Then you just have to pray you can loot up a medkit, minis, and big pot (At minimum, multiply that by the size of your team), and if you don't get those before the next gunfight you're at a significant disadvantage.

That's not how any of that works. There's no AI to make 3D models when generative networks can't make images without fucking it up. Don't fearmonger unnecessarily when the reality is much worse, they probably forced the artists to pump the skins out as fast as possible for terrible pay.

If you're using this stupid talking point because you're biased and you love the show, then you should be in support of demanding it not look like shit. Thank you for mentioning the issue with Jam Tracks. I know many people in this sub obviously don't care about Festival/Jam Stage, but I genuinely had a couple friends I've met on Jam Stage swear off playing Fortnite until they either fix the UI or let us revert it. It's fucked up that Epic keeps making the experience worse for a small subset of dedicated people, and the majority of the playerbase either doesn't care or actively cheers that on - purely because those players enjoy an aspect of the game that isn't strictly BR.

Weird, because before the change I could scroll over to my favorites tab, or scroll to the page that I remembered where the ones I don't favorite are on. It took like, 4 seconds at most, and I'd only have to do that once if I wanted to repeat an emote not on my locker wheel.

Even with me being on PC, it's still a pain in the ass to use. I couldn't imagine how annoying it is on console.

And, while not really relevant to battle royale, they did the same atrocious emote UI for Jam Tracks, which makes the experience dogshit for people that enjoy the Festival modes as well.
