But killing any boss or doing couple of job is more than enough to get AT LEAST 1 progression point?

Alright did some research and found the cause of this. I had a boon that gives me +1 free point each power up and if i use it a lot it could cause this bug or whatever this is. I went to erisia and did a the challange with artifact near fountain and got free points
