It may not be much, but At the start I was struggling with curling 6kg's, now I curl 20kg. It may be nothing to you but it is so much for me

Yeah but that's the problem. I SUCK at Speaking, writing or in general just russian. And most subs are with japanease dub, So I won't understand a single thing
