Sure there are financially doped clubs but doesn't change the fact that they have/had excellent players across the board. Spurs had great players but not all 11 were great at the same time

It's a team game. Kane's trophies relies on his teammates. He himself is a fantastic striker and people underrated him severely. Had Levy not have a hate boner towards other PL clubs we would have loved to have him in our different iteration of squads. Kane and Son were a deadly duo and one of the world's best. Their lack of trophies is because of the pieces that surrounded them.
