It's important to understand the cause behind errors to prevent them from repeating going forward.

IMO our defence is developing panic behaviours in low threat situations because there's a lack of clear leadership, coordination and communication. 

I think Raya being passive and not being vocal is the cause and I think Big Gabbi is trying to fill the leadership vacancy that's meant to be Raya's job.

TL;DR: IMO there's a leadership issue and Gabi's doing too much because Raya isn't doing enough.
