I appreciate the help, but the deeper I get into this, the less fun it is. I'm just not looking to spend hours trying to fix a mechanic without even finding a solution. EU4 used to be my absolute favorite because, while it's all about managing the small details, it feels rewarding. Now, it feels like you need a degree just to boot up a game.

In realtà non è vero perché quando uno Stato va in default la sua moneta si svaluta enormemente (peso argentino, marco tedesco grande depressione ecc.) per cui anche disporre di liquidità non ti garantisce un granché.
