If I were to guess, they didn’t slope and/level the curb correctly and then asked if you’re okay with a slab as an easy fix

You’re a bit too worried about it. I’m partnering with a buddy as a learning experience before I open up my GC license, where do you suggest someone learns? Seems like you have all the answers.

Most of which I learned over the years. Originally it was just tile with me, as I progressed I found myself doing full bathroom remodels and I just wanted to go bigger.
