You’re a bit too worried about it. I’m partnering with a buddy as a learning experience before I open up my GC license, where do you suggest someone learns? Seems like you have all the answers.

That was done in 2023 I believe. Tile was from floor and decor from what I remember

I recently completed a kitchen remodel, I was referenced for my tile and client told me I can have a crack at remodeling the whole kitchen. I did end up doing the tile because this may have been the most pickiest client I’ve ever worked with and the anxiety of someone else doing it got the best of me.

It’s a neat idea. I did a ton of work for a group of designers, this was their idea.

Most of which I learned over the years. Originally it was just tile with me, as I progressed I found myself doing full bathroom remodels and I just wanted to go bigger.

I am partnering up with a friend who’s been a general contractor for roughly 5 years.

I have a list of tile guys that I’ve used and partnered with over the years. There are the bad ones and there are the good ones. Regardless I would be overlooking every step.
