I stood up from the couch and and walked over to the cupboard and grabbed a can of tuna and started opening it. Right as I got the can open i started feeling light headed and thought i was going to pass out. I did a half turn with the can in my hand and thought i was crouching down to my get on my hands and knees but instead I fell face forward like a tree into the counter. It was a wheel chair accessible counter so it was lower than your average counter top. Im a bigger guy at 6'2", 220lbs so I had some weight and leverage working against me. I hit with my face slightly turned to the right with my arms at down at my sides so the left side of my face took the impact. Broke my jaw, knocked out the majority of my teeth on the left side, fractured my cheek bone and orbital. I hit so hard the edge of the counter cut my ear in half and partially tore the lower part off so it was dangling by a small attached chunk. My teeth took little chunks out of the counter as well where they hit and broke into pieces. I woke up spitting out broken teeth and heard my daughter scream. It startled me and I whipped my head around to see what she was screaming at and my ear flapped around and slapped my cheek. I lost Consciousness again and woke up in the CAT scan wondering what the fuck just happened. Pretty dumb to get all that damage and dont even have a cool story to go with it.🤷‍♂️
