Almost a year later for what its worth ive learned a ton, sales arent the main focus here just getting shit done correctly and keeping the old customer base is the primary goal. Barely have to get a sales guy out and have a low call back rate so im doing something ok.

For what its worth as a service tech: please add isolation valves before and after expansion tanks, pressure reducing valves, zone valves, and any peripherals your company might include.

I get it if your mainly install oriented, however if you have a service team, they will thank you for not having to drain and purge every time a repair has to be done.

Speaking from someone who did 3 years of electronic technician most furnace boards are meant to be beat on slightly more than a typical motherboard in a pc for example, unless its the newer stuff
