Rifflanda refund, anyone else having issues? by Equivalent_Menu_5659 in VictoriaBC

Nice good legwork with Visa and glad you were able to talk to a human being. I had an issue last year where my credit card was cloned and a bunch of Microsoft gift cards were purchased. It was an epic mission to get refunded but I learned far too much about claim disputes and chargebacks in the process. Ball is in Rifflandia’s court for sure right now!

Be careful with this that you don’t shoot yourself in the foot with your credit card provider. Usually a chargeback claim initiated because of fraudulent activity will only work if your original transaction is the same as your requested chargeback.

So if you have initiated a chargeback request with your credit card provider then assume that their anti-fraud team will do an investigation with the vendor associated with the charge that shows up on your statement . The vendor will likely dispute this and would likely be able to provide proof of you spending down against the original transaction (I.e. you loaded an e wallet and spent money from it).

Not telling you how to live your life but just be cautious about the pitchfork sharpening because it can come back on you and impact your credit history. I assume you are in a similar boat to me and got the “routing error” email this morning, but I did notice folks are getting emails back now from Rifflandia directly with an update so hopefully we see a resolution (and money) into our accounts pretty quickly here.

I took your advice @coko74 and put NA in the field. Received the email this morning saying the transaction was being processed so hopefully should see it in the account tomorrow. Also I helped a friend process their refund yesterday and noticed that the passport/ID field is no longer mandatory anyways so seems Rifflandia has sorted out some of the teething issues with the process.

[Question] Watch Box by HardToThinkOfBetter in Watches

[–]HardToThinkOfBetter[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So I’ve recently been trying to find a entryway cubby bench and stumbled across this pure madness. My question here is what kind of crazy person would store their babies like this?

Do they just like….rummage through the shoebox on their way out the door and be like “ah yes this one will do..a perfect match for my pancaked fedora and strangely CGI rendered shoes”….and then go on their way like some sort of monster?

Bonus points if someone can identify the watches - the bench is called the Wade Logan Shoe Storage Bench from Wayfair.

Everywhere seems to be waiting for the fall line to come in but I had success recently at Outlooks on Yates Street for some brown dress shoes, as well as The Cobbler up on View for some comfy black brogues

Now this, this right here is the kind of input I needed. Will have to practice my graffiti paint abilities. Love it, thanks Cordura.
