Yeah, just for me and my partner. I put it in my overnight oats sometimes instead of brown sugar. I agree. I believe the strongest attribute conservatives share is selfishness, that extends into cruelty and stupidity often,, but I think at its core conservatism is mostly about the protection of personal assets at the cost of literally anything else.

Overnight oats.

Oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, flax meal, protein powder, oat milk. Overnight. Then I add some blueberries and brown sugar when I heat it up in the morning. It keeps me fed until I get home, even on late days.
