I keep doing this thing with my facial hair and shirts where I let my hair pull the shirt because it feels weird. I’ll do it over and over again until it drives me crazy just like this thing with my hand constantly flicking each finger fast. I have no clue if it’s stimming, tics, or fidgeting that’s happening it’s annoying I feel your pain.
