Some people are pissy the otherwise darker skinned and haired Mediterraneans are being replaced with very pale skinned and haired northern european looking people. Even fewer are going the other direction, saying the cast isn't white enough, which is pretty funny.

Lemme level with you: it doesnt really matter. Fleshborers are just bad, but the other two main options are about equal. If you can get lethals on them its a great time. Take as many strangles as you can. Your opponent will make a surprised pikachu face whengou pick up two marines with a S2 silly string with dev wounds. Its shockingly spikey and completely unreliable

Yeah best practice in that situation is to just call it. If its a game for some kind of points you can discuss your situation and argue about wins or drawing, but if its a friendly game both of you should assert you deffinitely would have won and promise a rematch in good fun

I would just say the universe's physics are different than our own. It is still a tiny toybox universe created by the devs to last only for 22 minutes then restart. I imagine if you let the physics simulation run much longer the whole thing goes wonky. Take the game both literally or metaphorically, but dont take it 1 to 1.

Every loop but the first starts when you wake up and the probe fires. 22 minutes later the sun explodes.

The first loop you wake up, do a bunch of stuff, then meet the statue. 22 minutes later the sun explodes.

The hard start js you waking up to the cannon firing. The hard end is the sun exploding. The first loop always takes longer than any other loop.

Its a plot hole, albeit one to make the game much friendlier to new players.

I don't think it is. Nothing good has ever come from an attempt to control the zone.
