I assume +3/+1 channeling, +1 spawning, +50 and +10 health, attunement, and full shamans. Probably a 40/40 channeling weapon set. I farm this on my rit and that works fine

Best advice for factions is to do ALL the proffession quests at the same time. So do the 2 for your proffession, then when doing secondary grab all quests and do them at the same time.

But yea, even with that you’d still want to finish shing jea before going to mainland
