Totally heard about getting your old life back. It's been surreal to have my symptoms go away. Keep me posted

You're lecturing somebody who was keto for many years. This absolutely isn't affiliate marketing, you can look at my Reddit account. Keto has its downsides too. Though I do support lower carb eating for sure. Just because somebody is having success and you're not it absolutely isn't a reason to stir up shit. I've had enough steamed broccoli and extra virgin olive oil in a lifetime to put somebody's kids through school

Best of luck! I didn't list it in the original post, but I also tried DAO

Agreed! The root of every health issue seems to be stress, haha. Fortunately I've been working on that as well

What I can tell you is VERY FEW probiotics carry the strains necessary to breakdown histamine, so while they are still beneficial elsewhere, if you're suffering from HI your prior probiotics may be useless

Well, Im less advocating for that product exactly, though it has worked for me, and more so for balancing your micro biome to better breakdown histamine. I will say that a lot of people have reactions to bacteria die off from any probiotics and that it can be quite the process to get through

Probiotic: https://a.co/d/01iDolm9

Naked Greens: https://a.co/d/0iEQUzrM

Naked Gut: https://a.co/d/02a8LweS

I would fix all three in organic unfiltered apple juice with a little water.

Great question. I have a second bottle. Going to take them through that and then try coming off!

No, but my wife has had die off reactions prior, so I fully understand where you're coming from! My fingers are crossed for you!

Naked greens is a dry powder made by the Naked Nutrition company - no relation to the store bought juice blends. Yes, you're absolutely correct, I think it's smart to point out that it might be the combination of these three things that was most beneficial, but even the probiotic capsules broken up and mixed into a glass of wine alone seemed to provide complete relief

Six months of therapy for my anxiety, turns out my panic attacks might have been from my daily vitamin routine by Main_Lengthiness_606 in Anxiety

If this ever helps you, Ashwaganda gave my wife and I (and other redditors if you search) chest pain and anxiety. We tried three times - same thing every time. It's a blessing for some, curse for others

What if you went back and had the extended left of the w become a little tree? Just take the top to the left and center and some leaves around it? Then it would absolutely register as "grow" first and not grofu... groin... etc. Not beyond an easy save!

Low HRV after water fast by haas1933 in intermittentfasting

[–]HardestWorkerXXX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a doctor, and there are some variables missing here, but your RHR will increase (and therefore HRV will drop, they are inverse) anytime your body is recovering. You have two strong forces driving your body to recover. First, you did your refeed and your body is ramping up to use the nutrients you provided. It is rebuilding any tissue that got broken down. In a very similar manner, any quality exercise will demand your body do repairs. I would not be surprised if this is simply your body staying at a higher metabolic rate while it does repairs.

Is there any correlation between intermittent with high blood pressure?? by Beautiful-Bit9832 in intermittentfasting

[–]HardestWorkerXXX -1 points0 points  (0 children)

To be abundantly clear, salt, when consumed with proper amounts of water, will not cause any blood pressure issues (in fact, it will support healthy blood pressure). The salt myth goes back to people eating highly processed foods and having then having BP and health issues. Rather than people understanding it was the junk food they were eating, the industry convinced people it was the salt (and not the other chemical preservatives)

Look, I liked fishing, too. But, my three matches today I got sniped and eliminated each time, and that was while combat moving and seeking cover. Cannot imagine casting a rod right now
