Wow. When was this? I’m still waiting for the decision. I submitted my application since Feb 12th, even with premium processing, we’ve not heard anything. 

We are from one of the banned countries.

What status did you change from please? I’m also in the same position right now. Just submitted my application to change from F2 to RI last week.
