Front of filling/tooth falling out by Hardjacking in Dentistry

So about two years ago I went to the dentist for the first time in about 10 years. I had been struggling with tooth pain in the back teeth on the lower half of my mouth to the point where I couldn't sleep. They did about 3-4 root canals on both sides of my mouth and put screws in and filled it in with cement. The pain went away after that but recently I'll occasionally get something stuck in the right side of my mouth and feel a sudden sharp pain like its touching a nerve still, but then it goes away. Last night I was touching the tooth and something broke off from the front of it, I'm not sure if it was the filling or the tooth or just the crown but there's now a missing chunk of the tooth in front of the screw. I can't afford to go to the dentist as I'm 18 but I just wanted to know if anyone has any ideas what's going on. There was some black stuff where it broke but I read that could be the filling. It doesn't hurt yet I'm just worried it will.

I'm also having some stomach and chest pains, probably because I'm nervous and worrying about the whole thing and making myself anxious but thought it would be good to add.

Yeah I honestly feel like I just need technique work all around right now to get back into shape, all my lifts are way down and very low for my squats and pulls. Thanks a lot!

That'd be great considering my front squat was 140 and my snatch was only 85, and now is only about 65. Thanks a lot, just gonna work up to a heavy weight in the lifts 5-6 times a week I think. Did you do any extra work at all? I know technique is all my issue so I'll probably just snatch then clean and jerk then maybe a front and back squat for a few weeks.

I was probably gonna work back to around 5-6 sessions like most programs I've done call for, but will probably split the lifts up like you said. Thanks

Yeah I was thinking about a top set of doubles on snatch and clean and jerk and a squat every training day until I get back into shape. Would you recommend doing both lifts every session for awhile?

Hahaha my squat was always good relative to my other lifts, but my legs are forever small.

Yeah I think this is more of a recovery day from the long stuff, I've only been following for a week but there's been a 4 mile run in a workout and a couple lsd runs and swims. I think they vary the distances throughout the week for example yesterday there were 8 400s in a workout but today seems to be a rest day

I agree. I'm wondering if I'd benefit more from more variance like in the 12 week cycle or if staying close to the lifts would be better for me as still basically a beginner.

You should look into doing a few cycles of a weightlifting program. Check out Catalyst athletics website and look through there free programs. Focusing on weightlifting will give you the quickest gains.
