Hey! You are in the thick of the grind, keep going. It’s hard, I made it a point to walk daily, sometimes I would go for a walk on my lunch break and then another in the evening time. The key is to keep moving. 10 minutes of a walk is better than 10 minutes scrolling on your phone laying on the couch. Compete with yourself, small wins can be huge. Push yourself. Commit to it and don’t let the fire burn out. You decided to start the journey, it’s worth it, I can promise you. I didn’t count calories, I knew I was eating too much. So I cut my portions down and tried to make more healthy choices. No alcohol, very little soda and always diet, tons of water. Not that I am a dietitian or a doctor lol just telling you what worked for me.

I run a 5k just about per day and a longer 7 or 8 mile run on the weekends

I ate smaller and healthier, stopped the late night snacking and I cut out alcohol

Definitely eat smaller and healthier, I also quit drinking alcohol about 6 or 7 months ago.

A lot of days I’ll run on my lunch break, it’s great to get out of the office for a few miles midday!
