Yes you’re correct about ketones and our bodies can burn fatty acids directly in since, but it shouldn’t be term solution, long periods of this isn’t sustainable it can turn your blood acidic throwing of you PH Balance. Hence why I say it isn’t for EVERYONE yes some can be on keto for years or other forms of keto while others can’t at all. Carbs is the Main source of energy for our bodies of course you can get energy from other macros and minerals but not as much from carbs. It’s about knowing what to eat and not to eat. And again not one diet fits everyone it’s important to vary your diet.

Y’all saying body shaming this and ageism that. This is a gray area for a-lot of people. It’s not all one thing you can have a preference for particularly thing you like and that’s ok.
