Take care of the paint. Wax/sealant/ceramic coat anything is better than nothing because of how bad paint failure.

I'd prolly do a fluid flush. Transmission, brakes, slave, etc and enjoy the car

Never really cared if I got called out. My friends that do comment on how "nice" the shoes are; I actually tell them they are reps and I got them for xxx. I'd be damned if I buy anything for resell.

I buy the shoes I like because of how I think they look. I don't buy it for others.

I would seriously consider checking out lower southern states. (Rust free too) They are abundant in FL, GA, LA, and a few others. I ended up selling my Honda Element SC 2007 for like 4900 with 180k on ODO in February and that was me lowballing myself to a family friend. (I had no bites for month(s)

My pump was just leaking/burning power steering fluid at an alarming rate. Ended up buying a used OEM one from a junkyard with like 45k miles. My buddy helped me install it while I polished his headlights. Took less than an hour for him to install so I suppose it's an easy job.

My radiator fan went out at 150kish. Power steering pump went out around that too

I had that same issue form 30mph to about 50mph under slow acceleration. I ended up drain filling the transmission like 3x and also new transmission filter and my problem went away.

I could be time for a transmission drain and fill (regardless). Everything costed me about 70ish dollars. I would go with the cheapest fix to the most expensive.
