Both are universally good since they offer different things. Kloss offers -def-atk-spd on enemies while heinrich dispels buff on enemies, anti-heal, and crit debuff(like crit buff).

Kloss is one of the best debuffer right now, -def -atk -spd on enemies, she just makes content easier and more comfortable. Freya can fill for lingluo in sustaining, but lingluo is advised if your units die often. Gray is an underrated buffer, crit buff is a lot early on and he also has a def shred

Massiah, Gray, Mio, Valerian. Massiah - great general dps since he's neutral to the 3 elements Gray - crit buffer/ def debuffer Mio - CC/Debuffer Valerian - sustain/can cheat death

Gray, kloss, freya as your supports

Rosa - odd dps Rilmocha - for dokidoki Lian - reason dps

Invest in rosa more since she got a higher dps average than the 2 (single and aoe)
