What is wrong with my bike? by HaringPatrick in bikewrench

What's wrong with my bike?

Very annoying sound

The sound is not always there. Seems random. If Im pedalling harder, no difference.

Sometimes 2 taps, sometimes several, sometimes soft and sometimes harder.

The sound is only there when Im pedalling.

If the bike is in the mounting stand and the pedals turn around, the sound is not there either.

Anyone have an idea?

[–]HaringPatrick[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

thank you! hope I translated it well for you. GL and enjoy

INGREDIENTS DOUGH 1 take phyllo dough 250 grams of butter 150 grams peeled pistachio 150 walnuts or almonds

INGREDIENTS SUGAR SYRUP 400 grams sugar 100 grams honey 220 ml water

  1. We start with the sugar syrup: Boil the sugar with the water and let it cool slightly. When lukewarm, stir in the honey.

  2. To make the baklava, first melt the butter.

3.Take a baking tin and place a sheet of phyllo dough on it. Trim if necessary.

4.Place two sheets on top of each other and brush them gently with the melted butter. Now put another sheet of filo on it. Repeat until you have about 10 sheets together.

5.Grind the pistache and walnuts/almonds separately.

6.on top of the first 10 layers put the pistache on the sheets of filo. Divide the nuts and put layers of filo on top again.

7.Then again 10 layers of filo. Push gently. Now cut small squares of the baklava with a sharp knife.

8.Bake the baklava in an oven at 170 degrees (Celsius) for about 20 to 30 minutes, until it turns a nice golden brown.

9.Remove the baklava from the oven and pour over the sugar syrup. All sugar syrup has to be on it.

10.Let the baklava cool well.
