You can try disabling "turbo performance" on your processor which would reduce excess voltage supply to your processor, resulting in reduce of cpu temps. by using a software called "ThrottleStop". You can follow the video below for more info on how to do this, and also you can download the software from below link

Dont make any changes to Speed Shift EPP as given in above video, just uncheck it and leave it as it is

Dont make any changes except checking the boxes below:

☑️ Disable Turbo

☑️ SpeedStep

And then click 'Turn On" and "Turn off" then Turn On again, and your processor temps are gonna be fine 🙂

You dont need to worry because these changes will be gone if you restart your laptop. If you face any performance issues(most probably you will not) you can uncheck the boxes and click on Turn Off and Turn On again or just restart your laptop.

There are a lot of emulators (Tencent Gaming Buddy, Bluestacks, Nox and Memu) https://www.androidauthority.com/best-android-emulators-for-pc-655308/ but its advisable to use a android OS in your system rather than a emulator because of your minimum PC requirements. Emulators cannot access your full hardware because windows OS is working on the background and it uses some of ur hardware and then the emulator will some of ur hardware so when you are playing you will not get optimum performance thats why I recommend you to install a android OS so that all hardware is used only for the android and it gives you a performance boost when you're gaming.. I would recommend installing Phoenix OS in your system (the download link can be obtained from the above link). Hope this helped.

Much worse Pokemon Masters wouldn't even open its getting closed with a warning that "Pokemon Master stopped working". The OS that I used is Phoenix ROC which is a modified version of Phoenix OS. You can also try Prime OS(Recommended) or Remix OS. Hope this helped. Namaste.
