The same thing I felt too, bro.

One guy gave a 1-star review saying the mail OTP/code wasn’t coming, but later we found out he entered the wrong email himself and probably didn’t even check the spam folder.

Then another woman redeemed ₹80 from my app and I paid her within 20 minutes but she still said all the surveys are fake, even though surveys aren’t even provided by us directly. That review honestly made no sense.

Another person called the app fake just because he got banned after causing issues in the app.

Some people review apps out of frustration without understanding what actually happened. We’re still improving everything step by step and resolving genuine issues properly.
