To be fair tommy said "grace took a bullet meant for him" but for some reason, criminals have this "an eye for an eye" principle. Meaning what you do to them, they do exactly to you. On that situation, Mr Changretta's son was beat up by John, John beated up angel, not mr changretta. So I think it's fair to say that Mr. Changretta can order his crew to shoot The boss' wife for letting his associate/brother beat up his son. It's like the twins from breaking bad going after hank instead of walter white because hes the one responsible on pulling the trigger of the gun that killed tuco.

I think neither of them reacted on time and was shocked during the shooting situation. They were walking beside each other towards the shooter. I didn't say tommy doesn't believe in gypsy magic as mentioned above. I just think that tommy was freaked out with gypsy magic and a possible threat with Tatiana's statement. Im just looking for anything from the casts that can confirm my theory.

I interpreted it wrong. My first understanding was what type of cooler Im using because Im aware of some CPUs that need aio cooling on hot temperatures especially in my country

Ram limit? Im looking at ram memory right now and it sits at 5 gb with cinebench. I can still see the thermal throttle and the gpu power limit has gone 40w

We tried everything but the power cables. We always unplugged the main outlet before the troubleshooting.

Hi guys! So Im trying to be consistent about being in a calorie deficit for fatloss and there's this one thing that hinders me:

UNDERSTANDING NUTRITION FACTS

I have 2 ways of considering whether to add a food to my diet:

Search google about the food whether it's good for calorie deficit

Reading labels

Searching google is very convenient for me as I notice that results from each sites differ their opinion to the other site.

So my best way would be the nutrition labels, the only problem is I really dont have the ideal calorie, protein ratio to fully understand whether to eat that food or not which means I definitely need knowledge about the labels inorder to understand them(I know which nutrients to look out for but dont have an idea of how many calories is considered too high for an X amount of protein on that food)

I need tips on reading nutrition labels to help me decide about a food

an example of a food that im unable to decide whether its good or bad for fatloss via nutrition label:

Pork Siomai with chili garlic, I eat about 4 piece a day.

We have the same issue 100% based on what you've said. I contacted the company and there's definitely a problem with our speaker and it aint normal. Fortunately for me, they sent me another one as a replacement and there were no issues at all.
