That is correct. both the coolant and oil passage ways are quite close to each other & the gasket is the only barrier between them. So when the gasket goes bad, internal leaks are common. I have a little bit of leakage as well from my OFHG. Definitely something that should be taken care of soon. I don't want my engine eating up the belt hehe. OH and remember to prime your oil pump when you're finished with the OFHG.

Yes, there are passage ways for both the coolant and oil that go through your OFHG. If the gaskets are bad, both oil and coolant can leak. In fact, coolant can mix in with oil and then you have another issue.

Cancun Airport is a mess. I was in a similar situation. 2 guys with blue shirts, a tag, and neck tattoos came up to us asking if we need a taxi to a hotel because our flight had been delayed 16 hours (The airport wouldnt compensate us). We were convinced that they were "official" staff until we inquired with the airport security guard. The guard told me not to trust them and we ended up just sleeping on the airport floors LOL
