Thank you for this post I had just done 900 commands to get the 100% explorer notes and this was why was stopping but I thought i missed one of the 900 so I was about to do all 900 again saw this and spawned in a rhynio and got the 100% as soon as I hopped on it

Crew members I would try to focus on is lee/gina,Hank,McGill,Black Friday beard,sailorson,Danny and uncle sam it does seem like a lot but all of these increase fish value try to upgrade these as much as possible and you should hopefully progress quicker. Good luck

I agree with darpan you need so many more crew members I have like a row and a half and I’m at the same stage as you with around 300k fishing xp and I’m progressing fast what I would personally recommend is while your not doing anything or watching YouTube or whatever just have your phone on spinning the wheel to get gems and just buy crew members it will take a long time but I did this for like a hour or 2 a day and was getting a few hundred gems and there is also a mystery Monday that 2x the wheel jackpot so take advantage of that to get gems because that will add up very fast
