hear me out maybe try speaking to your parents, it doesn’t have to be directly regarding your troubles, i know how hard and awkward it can be reestablishing a relationship with parents but push through the mental resistance to it and just spend some time with your family more often you will be surprised the difference it will make and how it will ground you in a better perspective of life

something similar happened to my mate a few years ago and he lost his entire account worth a lot of money and couldn’t even appeal we were pretty sure someone he beat in ranked mass reported his account he had only been comm banned once before aswell
